1. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we are proud to say that we offer Free International Shipping for orders over C$99!

2. What materials is your jewelry made of?
Our products are either made of sterling silver or gold vermeil (18k gold/white gold plated over sterling silver). Please refer to the product pages for more details.
3. Are your products waterproof?
We would highly recommend you to take care of your jewelry and not to wear them in water or expose them to chemicals to preserve the shine.
4. Can I cancel or change my orders?
Yes, you can. Please send your request to support@shopinnosense.com.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order once it's dispatched.

6. What currency are your products listed in?
Our products are default listed in CAD and 30 other currencies on our website. You can easily find your currency at the top/bottom of our page and shop with ease of mind.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
